PAeHI Chair Message

Sharon Dorogy
Sharon Dorogy, Chair

Welcome to PAeHI! As Chair of the Board of PAeHI, I invite you to become part of our engaged community that is connecting Pennsylvanians to better health by becoming an active member of PAeHI. There are many excellent reasons to become part of our "think tank" as we collaborate with numerous and diverse stakeholders focused on HealthCare IT to identify, education, and communicate the values of Information Technology across the Commonwealth and beyond.

Some important facts about PAeHI. We are governed by a representative board of directors. PAeHI offers a neutral forum for the HealthCare IT community to work together for a common mission-to improve patient care through the effective use of health information technology.

PAeHI has grown from 40 founding stakeholders (charter members) to more than 700 participants representing more than 240 different healthcare organizations. PAeHI has attracted a broad spectrum of HIT stakeholders - including government, insurers, hospitals, physician practices, Medicare quality improvement organizations, healthcare associations and vendors. Consider becoming part of our learning community.

Please contact me at boardchair@paehi.org if you have any thoughts or questions. I look forward to seeing you at our quarterly All Committee Meetings.

Sincerely,

Sharon L. Dorogy
